PuMMMpkin Chocolate Chip Mini-Loafs

Ingredients
  • Mini-loaf pan (Wilton 4 - Cavity Mini Loaf Pan)
  • 1 (140z) can of pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup of applesauce
  • ½ tsp of vanilla
  • 1 (18.250z) spice cake mix
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp of ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp of ground cloves
  • 1 (12oz) package of chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Generously grease the loaf pan
  3. Beat pumpkin, eggs, applesauce & vanilla together (all wet ingredients)
  4. Stir in cake mix, cinnamon, nutmeg & cloves (all dry ingredients)
  5. Add in the whole package of chocolate chips
  6. Pour equal portions of the batter into each of the 4 mini-loaf sections
  7. Bake 30-35 minutes (Or until no longer gooey inside & until golden brown on top)
Notes
With the help of plastic wrap, cute ribbon & adorable labels this yummy loaf can now become a delicious gift! ***Bake 9-12 minutes for cookies on a lightly greased cookie sheet***
