Over the long 4th of July weekend the four of us jumped in the car and rushed off to cooler temperatures! We spent the weekend road-tripping through Prescott and Sedona in search of beautiful scenery and fantastic hikes. We are so grateful that within a quick 4 hour drive, we are in some of the most beautiful cities in Arizona and 10-15 degrees cooler. Of course I documented every second of our journey and I love that we can always look back on our beautiful family memories and watch our girls grow up.
Let the Road-Trip begin!
First stop, Sedona!
Devil’s Bridge Hike (CLICK HERE for my Devils Bridge RECAP post)
Oak Creek, Tlaquepaque Village & lunch with a view!
Next stop, Prescott and their small town 4th of July Parade.
Lynx Lake & Thumb Butte Hikes
4th of July Celebrations… who am I kidding, the whole weekend was a celebration!

This looks like so much fun!!
Hi Chelsea, It was a fabulous road-trip! Thank you for stopping by Espresso Ever After!
We LOVE Lynx Lake!! Where did you guys stay?
Bethany! Lynx Lake is seriously one of our favorite go-to’s in Prescott! So beautiful. We have a family home that we visit when we need a break from the heat. But, the main hotel downtown is great!
