It’s that time of year again… school is coming to a close and summer is about to arrive, which means it is time to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week. That special teacher has been supporting, encouraging and inspiring your child all year long, don’t forget to show your gratitude with a little something thoughtful. I wanted to share with you a simple tutorial that you, too, can create for the teacher you love. With the help of a few items, you can make them feel loved!

Needed items:
-Metal Bucket
-Package of 10 apple pencils

-Chalkboard label
-Chalk marker
-Gift Card to the place of your choice – We love Chick-Fil-A, so we are blessing our teacher with a little money to enjoy a delicious meal. Other Gift Card ideas: Target, Starbucks, Hobby Lobby, ITunes, Amazon, etc.
*All of the items were purchased from the Dollar Spot at Target, but I have seen similar items at the following stores: Michaels, Hobby Lobby, Walmart, Dollar Tree.

Unwrap the pencils and tie them together with the ribbon.
Tie or tape the gift card onto the ribbon wrapped pencils. You can also just place the gift card in the bucket if you would like to keep it simple.
