Nuby : iMonster Mealtime

Thanks to some adorable Nuby products, our daughter’s mealtime madness… has turned into mealtime happiness!  Payton, our 11 month old daughter, was really struggling with the transition from bottles and baby food to hand-held sippy cups and bite sized snacks.  When we first introduced both of these new items to her, we noticed it wasn’t going very smooth.  Our daughter was stuck in her ways and didn’t want to drink out of anything but a bottle, and loved being spoon fed and didn’t want to pick up snacks on her own.  I knew there had to be an easier way to make this transition smoother.  That is when I found the adorable and creative Nuby products at Babies”R”Us.

I learned that Nuby has a wide assortment of cute and hands-on products to make the mealtime transition so much easier and enjoyable for little ones.  With the help of the adorable iMonster Grip N Sip and iMonster Snack Keeper, Payton now enjoys sipping water out of a training cup and grabbing her own snacks out of a snack holder.  Honestly though, who wouldn’t want to eat and drink out of a silly monster character?!?

Nuby’s creative product ingenuity has made mealtime fun in our home!  They have literally thought of everything.  Our daughter is entertained by the silly faces on the cup and snack keeper.  She loves all of the bright colors and textures, and can easily grasp the containers because they were made with small little hands in mind.

I like that the products are easy to clean, BPA free and made with minimal items to wash.  The training cup has a one piece no spill silicone spout… THANK YOU!  There is nothing worse than a leaking sippy cup or having to clean 800 pieces per cup every day! Right!!??

The snack keeper is my daughter’s new BFF.  It is a fantastic way to keep the snacks trapped inside and not spilled all over our home. Every time I give my daughter a bowl of goodies, she automatically dumps them over; I think she enjoys watching them fall everywhere and watching me clean them up.  This snack keeper can be thrown all around and thanks to the soft silicone lid, snacks don’t fall out.  Brilliant!

It is so sweet watching Payton hold the monster’s hand as she snacks on her goodies, and watching her play while eating her treats is ADORABLE!

These products have helped make mealtime easy for the both of us. Win-Win!  It is now something she can do on her own, and I don’t have to hand feed her all the time.  She is gaining much needed independence and I love watching her thrive!

…Mommy Tip… I found this Nuby Stainless Steel Food Jar and it has made keeping food items hot and/or cold so much easier!  My three year old daughter is obsessed with yogurt and wanted to enjoy it at her school lunchtime.  I didn’t know what to put it in to help keep it cold all morning long, until I found this insulated food jar.

It literally keeps her yogurt cold and thanks to the divided sections I am able to throw granola in the top portion, so that she can add into her yogurt at mealtime.  I also love that it comes with a fold-up spoon, so it literally has everything you need in one container.  She loves the pink pattern on it, and I am thankful that it makes her lunch packing so easy!  Nuby products keep exceeding my expectations!
