If you are anything like me you have just enough time to throw yourself together every morning before the littles wake up. I sport the messy topknot, comfy tee-shirt and black stretch pants on the daily; but sometimes I wish I looked a little more ‘put-together’ than I feel. They make the most beautiful hand-dyed silk scarfs, which are the perfect accessory to throw onto any outfit to automatically make you feel more lovely and put together.

This family owned business puts a lot of LOVE into every scarf. Each silk scarf is one-of-a-kind and goes through a rigorous 7 step process to make it perfection. And because their scarfs can be washed, even us moms who are usually covered in spit-up or baby food all day long, can wear them in normal mommy-hood life. I now have a few of these beautiful scarfs in a wide range of color schemes and patterns, and I love that I can throw one on with a dress or on top of my yoga pants and tee-shirt. With the plethora of ways to tie a scarf, I can always look different and feel a little more “ready”. A Kat.and.Timbo silk scarf is definitely my new staple accessory and I can’t tell you how many times my 11 month old has fallen asleep on my chest nestled in the sweet softness of my silk scarf; it is my new napping secret weapon.
