Christmas S’MORES In A Jar | Gift Tutorial

I love giving gifts!!! But lets face it, this time of the year can get pretty pricy if you have to buy a gift for everyone you care about.  That is why I am all about DIY presents.  If you can buy in bulk and make multiple gifts at once, gifting doesn’t have to be exhausting or expensive. Remember, it’s not the cost of the item that makes it special, it is the thought and care behind the gift that really matters.

This Christmas “S’MORES In A Jar” DIY gift tutorial is perfect for anyone in your life that likes chocolate, campfire S’MORES or mason jars.  It is easy to make, filled with yummy goodies and will bring S’MORE love to your Christmas season!

Since I decided to go with a Christmas themed S’MORES In A Jar gift, I was able to find Christmas inspired candy bars in the holiday section.  Remember to get creative with your theme, you don’t have to use the typical chocolate bars.  I had planned on making 6 gifts and found that most of the items I needed came in 6-packs, which made purchasing and planning so much easier.

Grab your three different chocolate bars and place them on-top of the graham crackers along the inner edges of the jar, with the front of the packaging facing out.

Fill in the middle of the jar with your marshmallows.  I found that 1o marshmallows filled up the open space perfectly.

Seal up your mason jar, and then tie your thicker ribbon around the neck of the jar in either a decorative knot or a bow.

*A little trick: Create an assembly line to make the process quicker and easier.*

I love how simple these Christmas S’MORES Jars at to make, and how adorable they turn out.  I also had so much fun with my 4 year old daughter picking out the goodies and assembling them with her; I love a DIY that I can get my kiddos involved in.
